Mahagathbandhan to soon release joint manifesto for Bihar polls
Acccording to alliance sources, Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will also kick start their campaign for the forthcoming assembly elections from October 28.
