A bench of Justice M M Sundresh and Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh refused to interfere with the Delhi High Court’s May 29 order that had similarly rejected Yadav’s plea for a stay on the trial.
The ED had earlier said in a statement that this money laundering case is based on a CBI complaint. According to the FIR filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation, candidates were asked to transfer land as bribes in exchange for jobs in the railways.
She reached the ED headquarters here at around 11 am.
"We have chosen to fight. We will fight and we will prevail," The Bihar deputy chief minister asserted.
