Ishan Kishan named Jharkhand captain as India stars return to Vijay Hazare Trophy

The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) confirmed Kishan’s appointment ahead of the tournament, which begins on December 24. Jharkhand will open their campaign against Karnataka in Ahmedabad.
