Dr Pavnesh Kumar takes oath as HPPSC member

Dr Pavnesh Kumar was sworn in as a Member of the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) in a simple yet dignified ceremony at Raj Bhavan here on Saturday. Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla administered the oath of office and secrecy as per the prescribed format.
