Yemen's government said it handed over 26 bodies of the Houthi group as a gesture of "goodwill" ahead of the expected resumption of talks sponsored by the United Nations.
The Houthi group reported on Tuesday that US forces have carried out 22 airstrikes on its targets in Yemen's northern Sanaa and Saada provinces over the past several hours.
Eight people were killed and at least 15 others wounded in clashes between tribal gunmen in Yemen's northeastern oil-rich province of Marib, a government official said.
