Heavy traffic jams were reported on several major stretches, with vehicular movement severely impacted at Netaji Subhash Marg, Rajiv Chowk in Gurugram, Chhatarpur, ITO, Dhaula Kuan, and Geeta Colony.
Earlier, India had imposed several air space restrictions in the wake of the heightened tensions between India and Pakistan post the killings of 26 tourists in Pahalgam on April 22.
Five drones were reportedly used in Tuesday's attack, which also targeted locations in the wider region around the capital.
