SC says no coercive action against owners of old diesel/petrol vehicles in Delhi-NCR

A Bench of Chief Justice of India B R Gavai, Justice K Vinod Chandran and Justice N V Anjaria issued notice to the Centre and the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on a Delhi government plea challenging the blanket ban on such vehicles.
