Delhi blast: J&K police approach Interpol for red corner notice against doctor

Muzaffar is the brother of Dr Adil Ahmad Rather, who was among the eight people, including three doctors, arrested in connection with the Red Fort blast. Of the eight arrested, seven suspects are from Kashmir.
