Delhi court directs police to register FIR against Supertech

The Saket Court has directed Delhi Police to lodge an FIR against the real-estate major Supertech while hearing a complaint of a man whose possession of the flat at the company's project 'The Romano' in Noida sector-118 was due in 2017 which has not been allotted till date.
