Cooperative institutions to set up Blood bank in Delhi: Ravinder Indraj

Delhi’s Cooperation Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh on Sunday announced that cooperative institutions will establish a dedicated Blood Bank in the national capital to honour the sacrifices of the Indian soldiers.
