On the occasion, both the ministers also carried out a comprehensive review of the administrative arrangements made by the Delhi government to provide relief in the low-lying areas affected by floods.
They also requested the Delhi LG to accompany them on a joint inspection of the status of water received from Haryana through Munak and Wazirabad barrages.
"It has been observed that GRAP-IV orders are not effectively enforced at the ground level by administrative authorities," Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai lamented.
