Historic return for Congress in Tamil Nadu after 59 years; two MLAs to be sworn in as ministers

Venugopal said that Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has cleared the induction of MLAs Rajesh Kumar and P Vishwanathan into the Tamil Nadu Cabinet.
