Massive forest land encroachment as boundary pillars found missing in Mussoorie hills

In a letter written by IFS officer CCF (Work Plan) Sanjeev Chaturvedi to the Uttarakhand PCCF, it was alleged that the "disappearance of a large number of boundary pillars from the Mussorie Forest Division was a well-planned conspiracy to encroach on forest land in Dehradun.
