Azharuddin puts Congress in a bind over Jubilee Hills bypoll

Even as the Election Commission of India (ECI) is yet to formally notify byelection, former cricketer and Congress leader Md Azharuddin declared himself party candidate for the bypoll for the Jubilee Hills constituency.
