Allahabad HC grants interim stay on criminal proceedings against ex-IPS officer Manilal Patidar

The order was passed by a single bench of Justice Sanjay Kumar Pachauri while hearing a petition filed by the former Superintendent of Police seeking quashing of the entire trial court proceedings under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
