If reports from certain sections of the media are to be believed, Former AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic may well be on his way back to his club in the forthcoming January transfer window.

The Swedish star completed a two-year stint with Major League Soccer side Los Angeles Galaxy earlier in 2019. Ever since he declared that he will not be part of that team anymore, he has been linked with a potential move back to Europe.

With AC Milan currently struggling in the Serie A-currently placed 11th on the points tally with 21 points in 17 matches and only 16 goals to their credit, they are looking for a striker who can score for them consistently.

According to reports carried by Italian news agency ANSA as reported by Football Italia, Milan have kept Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s name in the list of people, they will target in the January window.

The report also claims that Milan have already offered the former Manchester United forward a contract but he has still not taken a final call. The report adds that Ibrahimovic is expected to accept their offer.
