An in-form Liverpool side travel to Brighton & Hove Albion for a Premier League tie and the lineups for Saturday’s clash at the American Express Community Stadium have been revealed.

Newcomers Brighton, who are in ninth place, are lining up in their customary 4-4-1–1 formation with Glenn Murray leading the line for Chris Hughton’s men. Pascal Gross starts just behind the veteran striker ahead of  their four-man midfield.

Liverpool, who won four of their last four games on the trot, have made a number of changes.

With Joel Matip and Ragnar Klavan unavailable, midfielder Emre Can partners Dejan Lovren in central defence while Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson start on the flanks for the Reds.

Sadio Mane is on the bench as Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum and James Milner feature in midfield behind a front trio of Mohamed Salah, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino.

Jurgen Klopp’s side, fourth in the league table, can momentarily overtake third-placed Arsenal if they beat Brighton as the Gunners do not play till later on Saturday.

Brighton and Hove Albion: Ryan, Bruno (c), Duffy, Dunk, Bong, Knockaert, Propper, Stephens, Brown, Gross and Murray.

Liverpool: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Can, Robertson, Henderson (c), Wijnaldum, Milner, Salah, Coutinho and Firmino.

Match starts at 1500 GMT/2030 IST.
