Premier League giants Manchester City’s title defence has not got off to a dream start. Their manager Pep Guardiola is understandably not impressed with the output that he has been getting from his players and now reports are claiming that he even lost his cool at club superstar David Silva.

Manchester City lost their second match of the Premier League this season as Wolves defeated them at Etihad, thanks to a brace from Adama Traore. With as many as 16 points at the points tally, the Guardiola managed team is now eight points behind table-toppers Liverpool and one point ahead of Arsenal.

All of this has seemed to have made Pep Guardiola a bit tensed as Liverpool have hardly put a foot wrong in the competition so far and have already stitched together eight wins in as many matches.

As per a report carried by Daily Mail, Guardiola lost his cool on David Silva for failing to net home a match-winning goal against Tottenham Hotspur after he was brought on by the manager in the 78th minute of the match. The match thus ended in a 2-2 draw.

Post the match, the former Barca boss reportedly told Silva, “David, you didn’t give us enough running. Where were the legs?”

Meanwhile, the City great is all set to leave the club after the ongoing season.
