India skipper Virat Kohli, who is a fitness inspiration to many, took to social media on Thursday sharing a clip from his workout routine where he can be seen lifting the weight in the gym.
In his tweet, Kohli, who is widely known for his elegance of strokeplay, said that it is more important to get the technique right before lifting the weight. He also added that he has been doing the powerlifting exercise for the past three years. Meanwhile, the captain also urged people to be patient while they learn something new.

“Always take more time to get the technique right before wanting to take the weight up. Same exercise 3 years apart, regular work & constantly focusing on technique has improved my mobility & full-body strength too. So always be patient with learning something new,” wrote Kohli.
