Virat Kohli’s statue installed at Jaipur Wax Museum on World Heritage Day
A wax statue of ace India cricketer Virat Kohli was installed at the Jaipur Wax Museum on the occasion of World Heritage Day on Thursday.
Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be a part of Team India’s World Cup squad in upcoming ICC tournament, which will be held in the United Kingdom. Be it Indian skipper Virat Kohli or head coach Ravi Shastri, everyone has been quite vocal about MS Dhoni’s importance in the team.
However, there are many speculations doing the rounds on the internet that the Ranchi cricketer can hang his boots after ICC World Cup 2019. When BCCI’s chief selector MSK Prasad was asked about the same, the chairman of selectors said that any discussions on these lines have not taken place so far.
“We have definitely not discussed this. Because prior to such a big tournament, I do not think it is wise to get distracted, since all energies are geared towards preparing well for the World Cup,” Prasad said in a conversation with ESPNCricinfo.

Prasad also insisted that the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) would be a great opportunity for Dhoni to find the groove yet again, insisting that his productivity with the bat will only increase with the number of matches he plays.
“Importantly, before India head to the World Cup, he will be playing the IPL. So he will be playing in 14-16 matches – all high-intensity games. That will only help him extend that form he has caught on the Australia and New Zealand tours. I am very happy with his batting,” Prasad added.
