In the 19th match of the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore crushed Delhi Daredevils by six wickets with two overs to spare at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, on Saturday.

Here is the stats review of Sunday’s match:

1 – Gautam Gambhir’s Delhi Daredevils scored 58 runs in the first 10 overs of the game and in the second ten overs they scored 116 runs — exactly double.

2 – AB de Villiers scored another half century, and now he has to his credit eight fifties off 25 balls or fewer in the cash-rich league.

3 – David Warner (11 half-centuries) is the only batsman who has scored more fifties than AB off 25 balls or fewer in the IPL.

4 – In IPL 2018, Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore has used three different opening pairs so far in their five games.

5 – Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Chris Gayle have 3,000 or more runs to their credit while playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL.

6 – On Saturday, AB de Villiers scored unbeaten 90 runs off 39 deliveries, of which only five were dot balls.

7 – Twenty-two times it has happened that there was a run out when RCB skipper Virat Kohli was batting.

9 – RCB’s star duo Kohli-de Villiers has put up 2,361 runs partnership for Bangalore and they are the second pair to score this much runs.

10- The first spot goes to Chris Gayle-Virat Kohli (2,787 runs). SunRisers opening duo Shikhar Dhawan-David Warner is at the third spot with 2,357 runs.

11- On Saturday, AB scored unbeaten 90 runs which is also his highest score while chasing a target in the IPL.
