In the 38th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Kings XI Punjab outplayed Ajinkya Rahane’s Rajasthan Royals to get their momentum back. KXIP thrashed RR by six-wickets at the Holkar Cricket Stadium, Indore on Sunday.

Here is the stats review of Sunday’s match:

1- In the 38th match of the league, only one six was struck by Rajasthan Royals unit, least by any IPL franchise at Indore’s Holkar Stadium.

2- KXIP bowler Mujeeb Ur Rahman (3/27) on Sunday came up with his best T20 figures against Rajasthan.

3- R Ashwin’s squad scored only 39 runs in the first six overs, it is the lowest score by KXIP in IPL 2018 in the powerplay.

4- KXIP’s second lowest score in powerplay (44 runs in first 6 overs) had come against Sunrisers at Hyderabad.

5- KL Rahul faced 44 balls to score fifty, it was his slowest IPL fifty.

6- Rajasthan scored 82 runs in their first 10 overs. However, they scored only 71 runs in the last ten overs.

7- In IPL 2018, Karun Nair has scored more than 20 runs seven times, however, he reached 50 only once.

8- On Sunday, KL Rahul scored unbeaten 84 runs – his highest in the IPL.
