Rohit would ‘love’ to play Test series against Pakistan in neutral venue
Bilateral cricket between India and Pakistan has been put on hold since Misbah-ul-Haq’s team last toured India to play a three-match ODI series way back in 2012-13.
Harman’s century was also the third fastest hundred in the history of women’s cricket.
Senior opener Rohit Sharma and former cricketer Virender Sehwag lauded Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur after her brilliant monstrous innings in the opening match of ICC Women’s World Cup 2018.
“What a start to women’s t20 cricket World Cup.Brilliant batting by @JemiRodrigues to keep things calm in the middle & supporting @ImHarmanpreet who played an unbelievable knock to become 1st Indian women to score t20 hundred 👏👏.I’m sure bowlers can pull things off from here👊,” wrote Rohit Sharma after the conclusion of India’s innings.

Riding on Harmanpreet Kaur’s breathtaking hundred, India scored 194 runs for the loss of five wickets. Following a mammoth total, New Zealand managed to score just 160 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their allotted 20 overs as India registered a comprehensive 34-run win over the much-fancied Blackcaps.
During her 103 runs knock, Harmanpreet Kaur smashed eight massive sixes and seven boundaries. The 29-year-old also scripted history by becoming the only Indian to score a T20. Harman’s century was also the third fastest hundred in the history of women’s cricket.

Whatever BCCI are paying Harmanpreet Kaur, the ICC should pay twenty times that. She’s slapping women’s cricket into people’s houses. #harmonster
