The Indian Under -19 team have lifted the International Cricket Council (ICC) U-19 World cup thrice — first in 2002 under the captaincy of Mohammad Kaif, then in 2008 under the leadership of current Indian skipper Virat Kohli and finally in 2012 when Unmukt Chand was the captain of Men-In-Blue.

Now if on Saturday, Prithvi Shaw and his boys manage to outperform the Australian squad, then Shaw will become the fourth Indian captain to do so.
