Guardiola congratulates Man Utd for Sanchez move

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola on Friday congratulated arch rivals Manchester United for making a move to sign star Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez.

Sanchez, who has plied his trade for Arsenal since 2014, is still to secure a move to the English football giants.

“I am not the guy with the mathematics, the numbers. What I know right now is Alexis is still an Arsenal player,” the Spaniard said.

“I think he is going to go to United so congratulations to both of them.

“In the end, players and managers decide where they want to play. Good luck,” Guardiola added.
