Amid reports from certain sections of media which hint at sacking of Zinedine Zidane from Real Madrid, their former manager Jose Mourinho was reportedly spotted at Madrid.

According to a report carried by Don Balon, Real Madrid’s performance in matches scheduled in the month of September would be crucial for Zinedine Zidane and his stint as the manager of the club. If his team fails to deliver, Zidane might even lose his job.

Reports are also claiming that the relationship between Zinedine Zidane and Real Madrid manager Florentino Perez is not going through a healthy phase. The latter is reportedly angry at Zidane since their efforts to sign Paul Pogba from Manchester United went in vain.

Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho was spotted at Madrid by reporters.

“When something turns up that makes me feel the moment is right. Stay relaxed, let us wait,” Mourinho was quoted as saying by Spanish media outlet AS.

“I’m fine, I’m calm. I’m on holiday,” he added.

Mourinho had earlier confessed how he had turned down many offers from various clubs.

“I turned down a few offers to go back to places where I feel I belong,” he had said as quoted by Fox Sports Asia.

It remains to be seen if Real Madrid “is where he belongs” as claimed by Don Balon.
