A formidable Indian cricket team – led by Rohit Sharma — will clash with Bangladesh on Friday in the Asia Cup 2018 finals. Both the teams have already faced each other in the Super Four stage, where India emerged victorious by seven wickets.

While the Indian side are favourites to win the ongoing tournament, Mashrafe Mortaza-led Bangladesh are capable of surprising India. So far, Team India have been unbeaten in the tournament, coming closest to defeat in their tie against a ‘strong’ Afghanistan unit in their last match. However, for that game, India had fielded a weaker unit, resting skipper Rohit Sharma his deputy Shikhar Dhawan, bowlers Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal.

On the other hand, Bangladesh have qualified for the finals after a comprehensive victory over Pakistan. Defending a mediocre target of 239 runs, Bangladesh bowled tight line to won the match by 37 runs.
