A picture-perfect jawline enriches your beauty and works like a highlighter in your persona. The trend began with actresses and models defining their face cuts more sharply with an impeccable chin. Now it has gone mainstream.

As women age, their chin starts becoming less defined. Redefining it may do wonders in their looks. They may end up showcasing something they’re trying to disguise. According to facial fitness Guru Eva Fraser, this facial muscle can become firm and strong again like other muscles by few exercises 10 to 15 minutes every day. The only thing is to do right exercise in right way. Not only ageing but many a times some other factors also lead to premature ill-defined chin. It may happen due to hormonal deficiencies, accumulation of fat due to loss of tone or genetic factors at a relatively young age. Stress, deficient sleep, unhealthy fatty foods, lack of exercise, inadequate protein diet, too much consumption of caffeine or alcohol and taking recreational drugs may worsen this problem.

There are various ways to achieve the ultimate goal:

Green tea: Green tea is full of antioxidant that fights free radical contributing ageing. The anti-inflammatory properties in this herbal tea may increase skin elasticity and reduce double chin.

Melon: Eating melon or applying its juice is an effective way to get rid of extra flesh on your chin. Massage your chin with melon juice in an upward motion and get miraculous results.

A pack of egg white and vinegar: Make a face pack mixing egg white, vinegar, honey and raw milk. Apply it on your chin and neck area for few times a week. Rinse after 15 to 20 minutes.

For example, raising your head towards the ceiling and open your mouth as wide as possible. Repeat it 10 times with a count till 10 to 15. Lower lip upward stretch for 15 seconds with a repetition of 10 times is also a good exercise to tighten your jawline.
