Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has once again turned people’s attention towards healthy living. In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), he spoke about the growing habit among youngsters of using synthetic medicines, vitamins, proteins, steroids, and even chemical-based personal care products.

According to him, this trend is not only unnecessary but also harmful in the long run.

Ramdev explained that many young people are rushing to build their bodies with the help of artificial protein and supplements. He warned that these synthetic products may give temporary results but often create health problems later. Instead, he encouraged people to explore natural and vegetarian alternatives that are safer and more effective.

Highlighting Patanjali’s products, Ramdev spoke about Isoveda Protein Powder, which he described as a healthier option compared to the synthetic protein powders in the market. He also mentioned Patanjali Whey Protein, stressing that it is completely vegetarian.

According to him, people who consume this protein do not face bloating issues, which are common with many other protein powders.

Ramdev further introduced Patanjali Green Plant Protein, which he said contains 72 percent active protein. He claimed this plant-based supplement can help in body-building and overall health without the side effects associated with synthetic products.

Apart from proteins, Ramdev also recommended the regular use of cow ghee. He argued that unlike the common belief that ghee adds unnecessary fat, pure cow ghee does not harm the body.

Instead, he suggested that it provides strength and nourishment when consumed in moderation.

The yoga guru stressed that natural products not only support physical fitness but also keep the body in balance. He urged people, especially the youth, to choose healthier and more sustainable ways to care for their bodies and homes.
