Delhi horror: Civil servant’s daughter found murdered at home; sexual assault suspected
A young UPSC aspirant was found dead in her Delhi residence, with investigators probing possible assault and focusing on a former domestic help as a key suspect.
In a shameful incident, a 19-year-old youth raped a 5-year-old girl in the Hafizpur area of District Hapur on Saturday night.
Police have registered an FIR against the accused and started a manhunt to arrest him, told the Circle Officer of Pilakhua area Santosh Kumar Mishra, adding that the medical examination of the girl has confirmed sexual assault.

On late Saturday evening, when the five-year-old girl was playing outside her house, the accused offered her chocolate. He then took her to an isolated place and committed the crime.

When the traumatized child returned home in the night and narrated the incident to the worried family members, they rushed to the police and reported the matter.
Earlier, a class 3 student was raped by two students of her school in the Khekra area of district Baghpat two months ago. Another minor girl was raped by her teacher in the Ramala area of Baghpat District. A deaf and dumb eight-year-old girl was raped by three boys of age group 12-14 years including her own brother in Meerut a few weeks back.
