Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath returned to Lucknow on Friday morning after completing his four-day official visit to Singapore and Japan.

Similarly, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya too returned to Delhi from his successful visit to Germany. However, he skipped his trip tp Britian.

CM Yogi was welcomed by senior officials at the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport early Friday morning.

The Chief Minister described this visit as the one that would give a new direction to Uttar Pradesh’s industrial future. During this visit, the state government received MoUs worth ₹1.5 lakh crore and investment proposals worth over ₹2.5 lakh crore. The implementation of these investment proposals will create employment opportunities for over 5 lakh youth.

CM Yogi’s schedule was quite busy during the four-day foreign tour. During this period, over 60 formal interactions and events were held in both countries. Three major investment roadshows were also organized: one in Singapore, the second in Tokyo, and the third in Yamanashi, a major prefecture of Japan. A total of approximately 450 to 500 investors, industrialists, and top representatives of financial institutions attended these events in both countries, who appeared serious and enthusiastic about the investment potential in Uttar Pradesh.

In these meetings, the Chief Minister presented in detail the state’s industrial policies, infrastructure development, law and order, and the characteristics of its large consumer market. During the visit, MoUs and investment proposals were signed in various sectors. These included green hydrogen, semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, data centers, logistics, defense manufacturing, skill development, and urban infrastructure. The Chief Minister directed Invest UP and related departments to advance these investment proposals. This visit by CM Yogi was not only significant for attracting investment, but also strengthened Uttar Pradesh’s global profile and economic potential.

Meanwhile,Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya returned to India today after a successful and purposeful visit to Germany. He was given a grand welcome by public representatives and workers at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

During his stay in Germany, Maurya held meaningful and result-oriented discussions with leading industry leaders, investors, and industrial representatives from various sectors. He informed that German industry representatives have expressed positive interest in the investment potential in UP.
