Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer Navdeep Rinwa held a meeting with representatives of all recognized political parties and informed them about the successful completion of the enumeration phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and the publication of the draft electoral roll here on Tuesday.

He appealed to all voters to check their names in the published draft list. Any eligible voter whose name is not included in the list can fill and submit Form-6 along with the declaration form and necessary documents.

Besides, young people who have completed 18 years of age as of January 1, 2026, should also fill Form-6 so that their names can be included in the final electoral roll.

He informed that 15,78,483 Form-6 applications have been received during the enumeration phase (October 27 to December 26, 2025).

CEO further informed that the booth-level list of deceased, permanently shifted, and duplicate entry voters has been provided by the Booth Level Officer (BLO) to the Booth Level Agent (BLA) of their respective polling station.

On January 11, the draft electoral roll will be read out at all polling stations by the respective BLOs. To find your name in the voter list, you can check the draft electoral roll available with your Booth Level Officer (BLO) or access it through the ECINET mobile app or the portals ceouttarpradesh.nic.in or voters.eci.gov.in.

He said that in the second phase of the Special Summary Revision (SSR), claims and objections can be filed from January 6 to February 6, 2026. During this period, Booth Level Agents can also submit up to 10 forms daily. From January 6 to February 27, 2026, claims and objections will be processed through hearings and verification during the notice phase, and the final voter list will be published on March 6, 2026. He appealed to all political parties to extend their full cooperation in the other phases of the SSR as well.

Representatives from the BJP Samajwadi Party, Indian National Congress, Bahujan Samaj Party, Aam Aadmi Party, Apna Dal (S), and CPI(M) were present at the meeting.
