Delhi meets record peak power demand of 8,748 MW without outages: Ashish Sood
Delhi successfully met an all-time high peak power demand of 8,748 MW on Monday, surpassing the previous record of 8,656 MW.

Khan was released from Sitapur jail on September 23 after facing a term of around 2 years.
On September 18, the Allahabad High Court granted him bail. However, upon his release, the police added new sections to the Enemy Property case. But on September 20, the Rampur court dismissed these charges, paving the way for his release.
The SP leader is facing a total of 104 cases.
On October 9, SP president Akhilesh Yadav visited Rampur to meet him. The two leaders held a two-hour closed-door meeting.
