The Ramnagari has been witnessing a steady stream of devotees since the consecration of the Ram temple on 22 January for the holy darshan of Ram Lalla.

In the last six days, over 15 lakh devotees of Lord Ram visited the temple to offer prayers to Ram Lalla. A high-level committee, set up under the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is monitoring the elaborate arrangements made for devotees to have a smooth darshan of Ram Lalla.

On the first day after the consecration ceremony, i.e. on 23 January, lakhs of devotees had gathered even before the main door of the temple opened. According to available information, over two lakh devotees visit the temple each day to be blessed with the holy darshan of Ram Lalla.

Chants of Jai Shri Ram echo throughout the day in Ayodhya city. A large number of devotees from India and abroad visit the temple every day to have darshan of Ram Lalla. On Sunday too, about two lakh devotees had the darshan of Ram Lalla.

According to the records, the number of devotees who had the privilege of having darshan in the last 6 days is as follows:

– 23 January – 5 lakhs
– 24 January – 2 lakhs
– 25 January – 2 lakhs
– 26 January – 2.5 lakhs
– 27 January – 2 lakhs
– 28 January – 2 lakhs
