Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Saturday visited Banswara to review the administrative preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s programmes in the tribal district on September 25.
The Chief Minister flew to Banswara and held review meetings with elected representatives, local BJP office-bearers, and district officials to take stock of the arrangements.

He also inspected the site of the Mahi–Banswara Atomic Power Plant, where PM Modi will lay the foundation stone on Thursday, and interacted with officials of the Atomic Energy Commission present there.
The Chief Minister later visited Napala, on the outskirts of Banswara, where the Prime Minister is scheduled to address a public meeting during his one-day visit. Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and Director General of Police Rajiv Sharma accompanied the CM.
Sharma also attended other programmes, including inspections of Urban Seva Camps, Medical Camps, and various exhibition stalls being organised as part of the Jan Seva Pakhwada.
During his one-day visit on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for the ₹45,000-crore atomic energy plant. He will also launch, dedicate, or lay foundation stones for projects worth ₹1.21 lakh crore pertaining to various states.
The Prime Minister will address a public meeting at Napala, where the BJP is expecting a turnout of around 1.5 lakh people.
