MP CM disburses Rs 1,835 crore under Laadli Behna Scheme
The CM transferred the amount by a single click, at a grand Laadli Behna function held at village Mungwani in the Narsinghpur district of the state.
The 25-minute light and sound presentation depicts the divine tales of Bhagwan Shri Mahakaleshwar, the Mokshdayini Shipra River, and the glorious heritage of Avantika Nagari.

On the occasion of Diwali, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav inaugurated the Water Screen Projection and Fountain Show at the Rudra Sagar area of the Mahakal Lok Complex in Ujjain.
Under the Smart City Project, the Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has developed the Laser and Sound Show at a cost of ₹18.07 crore. The 25-minute light and sound presentation depicts the divine tales of Bhagwan Shri Mahakaleshwar, the Mokshdayini Shipra River, and the glorious heritage of Avantika Nagari.

Chief Minister Dr Yadav also launched Shri Ann Laddu Prasadam, which will be prepared using Shri Ann, at the Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple. Along with this, the Shri Mahakaleshwar Band was also inaugurated, which gave a captivating performance on the occasion. Chief Minister Dr Yadav lit ceremonial lamps and offered Deepdan at the Mahakal Lok premises.

CM Dr Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and with the blessings of Baba Mahakal, the nation is progressing rapidly. He said that Ujjain, known as Avantika Nagari, holds a special place across the country, with its glorious and ancient heritage. The newly inaugurated Light and Sound Show at Rudra Sagar will help pilgrims and tourists learn about the illustrious history of Ujjain while enriching their spiritual experience.
Chief Minister Dr Yadav also appreciated the performance of the Mahakal Band and announced that it will perform regularly during the upcoming Mahakal Sawari processions and other religious festivals. The CM inaugurated the Laser and Sound Show on Monday evening.
