A review meeting was held to assess the preparations for the second convocation ceremony of Patanjali University, Haridwar. The meeting was chaired by Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Mayank Kumar Agrawal.

During the meeting, Professor Sadhvi Devpriya, Dean of the Faculty of Yoga and Humanities & Oriental Studies, along with members of various committees constituted for the grand ceremony scheduled on November 2, 2025, reviewed in detail the progress of preparations.

Professor Agrawal and Professor Devpriya sought updates from all committees on the current status of their assigned tasks and directed them to complete their responsibilities within the stipulated time.

They emphasized that the convocation ceremony is a prestigious event for the university and must be conducted with excellence.

Following the review meeting, Professor Agrawal and Professor Devpriya, along with committee members, inspected the convocation venue and the university campus.

They closely evaluated the arrangements and expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far. They also appreciated the dedication and commitment shown by the university’s officers and staff.

On this occasion, Registrar Dr. Nirvikar, Dean (Academics) Dr. Ritwik Bisaria, Controller of Examinations Dr. Arvind Kumar Singh, IQAC Cell Coordinator Prof. K.N.S. Yadav, along with all faculty deans, department heads, and academic and non-academic members of the university were present.

All reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring the successful conduct of the convocation ceremony.
