Regarding policy inputs, Raju informed that Congress initiated consultations to frame rules under the PESA Act, collecting

suggestions from party workers, legislators, social organizations, and professionals. A workshop was organized, and the compiled recommendations will be submitted to the Chief Minister. He also noted that the state government has announced the formation of a Scheduled Caste Commission, which is expected to be formalized soon.

Ministers present in the meeting provided updates on departmental achievements and upcoming public welfare initiatives. They also discussed the implementation status of the Congress and Mahagathbandhan joint election manifesto.

Kharge and Rahul Gandhi appreciated the efforts led by the JPCC president and emphasized the need to keep marginalized communities—Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, and Other Backward Classes—at the center of organizational priorities. They underlined the importance of collective responsibility and grassroots outreach.

Kharge directed that ministers must coordinate with legislators to ensure timely and effective execution of welfare schemes. He noted that party workers remain the key link between the organization, the government, and the people, and this link must be strengthened.
