The development comes hours after Dushyant Chautala met BJP national president JP Nadda in New Delhi.
The Haryana government, on Wednesday, announced a decision to change the school timings from 1 December.
Giving this information, an official spokesman said that the timing of single shift schools would be from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. This apart, the timing of the first shift in double shift schools will be from 7:55 am to 12:30 pm and the second shift will be from 12:40 pm to 5:15 pm.
The Directorate of School Education has issued directions to all district education officers and district elementary education officers of the state to deliver the information of change in school timings to the respective schools in the districts across the state, the spokesperson said.
