IIT-Madras Now Has a Campus in Zanzibar, Tanzania
IIT-Madras opens its first international campus in Zanzibar, Tanzania, with a diverse student body and plans for expansion.
GATE 2019: The registrations for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2019 with increased fee will end today. Candidates should note that this year, the exam will be conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras on February 2, 3 and February 9, 10.

• Click on GATE 2019 tab on the homepage
• Next, you will be directed to a new webpage. Enter the valid email ID and mobile number for registration
• Next, log in with your enrollment ID and password
• At last, enter all the required details and then upload photograph, signature, and finally complete the payment process
• At last, click on Submit button

Before September 24, 2018:
General candidates: Rs 1500, SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates: Rs 750
After September 24, 2018:
General candidates: Rs 2000, SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates: Rs 1250
About the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering
• Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and technology.
• It is conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science along with seven Indian Institutes of Technology.
• GATE 2019 will be conducted by IIT-Madras.
