IIT-Madras Now Has a Campus in Zanzibar, Tanzania
IIT-Madras opens its first international campus in Zanzibar, Tanzania, with a diverse student body and plans for expansion.
GATE 2019: The last date to apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or GATE 2019 is tomorrow i.e. September 21, 2018.
Candidates should note that tomorrow is the last date to apply for the registration for candidates by paying the normal fee.
The candidates who fail to register till tomorrow will have to pay an extra amount to apply for GATE 2019.

IIT-Madras will conduct the GATE 2019 on February 2, 3, 9 and 10. The candidates who have yet not registered can do so by going to the official website- http://gate.iitm.ac.in/
GATE 2019: Dates to remember
- The application process for GATE 2019 starts: September 1, 2018
- The last date to apply for GATE 2019: September 21, 2018
- The extended closing date for submission of (Online) application: October 1
- Last date for change of examination city (an additional fee will be applicable): November 16, 2018
- Availability of Admit cards: January 4, 2019
- Gate 2019: February 2, 3 and February 9, 10, 2019 (9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm)
- Declaration of the result: March 16, 2019
Important note:
Candidates should note that the Statistics paper is also included in the entrance exam this year.
