CBI arrests man for duping loan applicants by posing as Animal Husbandry Department official
By claiming to be an AHIDF official and discussing loan application details, he was obtaining money from many applicants daily.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting search operations at 15 locations across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and the NCT of Delhi in connection with the National Medical Commission bribery case involving government officials.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting search operations at 15 locations across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and the NCT of Delhi in connection with the National Medical Commission bribery case involving government officials.
The ED Thursday said that their case is based on CBI’s FIR wherein it is alleged that bribes had been paid to Government officials including officials of National Medical Commission (NMC) in lieu of disclosing confidential information pertaining to the inspection of Medical colleges to the key managerial persons related to medical colleges and middlemen which enabled them to manipulate the parameters and obtain approval for running academic courses at the medical colleges.

The premises covered include seven premises of Medical colleges located in multiple states, and certain private persons named as accused in the FIR.
