Local people were thrilled to watch equipment and weapons of the Indian Army at the Jaswant Singh Ground in Dehradun on Saturday. Artillery, rocket launchers, various machine guns, grenade launchers, and armoured trucks were put on display.

It was part of the nation-wide celebration of the 2nd anniversary of the surgical strikes carried out by special forces across the LoC. 69th Mountain Brigade under the supervision of Brigadier UK Ojha conducted the event at Jaswant Singh Ground in Garhi Cantonment, Dehradun.

The event saw enthusiastic participation of youth, schoolchildren, and local people. Along with the weapons display a veteran military band played ceremonial music and kept the audience enthralled. A number of schoolchildren wrote heart-warming messages on the canvas dedicated to the brave soldiers of the Indian Army.
