According to doctors at BHU, the young man had been visiting the hospital’s Chest and TB Department after experiencing breathing difficulties for several days.
As his breathing difficulties persisted, doctors conducted a COVID-19 test, which came back positive. He was immediately admitted to the hospital following confirmation of the infection. His condition is currently reported to be stable and under medical supervision.
Doctors said although the spread of COVID-19 has slowed significantly compared with previous waves, the virus has not been completely eradicated. This clearly indicates that the infection is still circulating and continues to affect people from time to time. They have advised people to take necessary precautions and seek immediate medical advice if they experience symptoms such as cold, cough, fever or difficulty in breathing.
