Announcing a detailed schedule of the campaign after the meeting, Dotasra said that a number of programmes will be held from state level to the district and block level throughout Rajasthan between January 10 and February 6.
Besides this, the party cadres will go door to door to evoke awareness over the importance and impact of this anti-poor move taken by the Modi government. Booth level incharge of the party would also be given the task to work as MNREGA Warrior”.
Party MPs, MLAs, office bearers and members of the executive committee and other party functionaries who attended the meeting were directed to work proactively to make the agitation a grand success.
It meant to protest the Modi government’s act of killing the mega programme that was brought and promulgated by the then Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on proposal of the Sonia Gandhi led erstwhile NAC. This action has robbed the poor of their livelihood and the right to employment, Dotasra said.
