Rajinikanth and Dhanush cast votes in Chennai in Lok Sabha elections
Actor Dhanush and Superstar Rajinikanth exercise their franchise in Chennai during the Lok Sabha elections, joining the electoral fervor in Tamil Nadu.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday took time out to meet some celebrities, including Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan and South superstar Rajinikanth invited for the ceremony after consecration of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya temple.
Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek ,who were seated in the front row, were overjoyed when the Prime Minister approached them. It can be seen in the video that the PM is asking about the well-being of Amitabh Bachchan with a hand gesture. At the same time, Big B was also seen congratulating PM Modi.
The PM also met Rajinikanth, and the latter is seen greeting Modi with folded hands.

South Star Ram Charan and his father Chiranjeevi also participated in today’s grand event.
Famous personalities of Bollywood including Ranbir Kapoor, his wife and actor Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal, his wife Katrina, Madhuri Dixit, Singer Sonu Nigam, Anuradha Paudwal and Shankar Mahadevan attended the religious event.
