The case is related to the Sambhal court’s order to register an FIR against police officers, including ASP Anuj Chaudhary.

The High Court stayed the January 9 order of the Sambhal CJM Court.

The complainant, Yamin, was asked to file a response to both petitions. The case will now be heard after five weeks.

Sambhal CJM Vibhanshu Sudhir had ordered the registration of a case under Section 156 (3) against 20 police officers, including Anuj Chaudhary, in connection with police firing during the violence.
