The order was passed by a double bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Jai Krishna Upadhyay.
RS MP Ramji Lal Suman and his son, former MLA Ranjit Suman, had approached the Allahabad High Court seeking protection and an investigation into the attack on their home in Agra.
The attack on their Agra home occurred on March 26, 2025.
In this case, Ramji Lal Suman’s son, former MLA Ranjit Suman, filed an FIR against an unknown mob at the Hariparvat police station in Agra.
