Police also suspect that Siya may have deleted evidence from her fiance Ketan's phone before handing it over to one of his relatives after the murder.
The All India Dental Students & Surgeons Association (AIDSA) on Wednesday suspended its Madhya Pradesh treasurer, Dr Muskan Soni, from all posts and memberships of the organisation for five years over her purported remarks mocking Pune realtor Ketan Agrawal, who was allegedly killed by his finacee and her boyfriend.
According to a suspension order issued by the association’s central office on June 30, Dr Soni has been found to have committed “acts of indiscipline and made highly inappropriate, offensive, and disrespectful remarks regarding the late Mr. Ketan Agrawal, in violation of the Constitution, Code of Conduct, and ethical values of AIDSA.”

According to the AIDSA, Dr Soni was suspended from all posts, offices, responsibilities, committees, memberships, and every official capacity held by her within the Association for a period of five years, with immediate effect.

“This suspension shall remain effective for five (05) years from the date of issuance unless modified or revoked by the competent authority,” read the order issued by Dr. MD MANZUR, National President, All India Dental Surgeons Association (AIDSA).
Ketan Agarwal, 26, was allegedly pushed off the Lohagad Fort near Pune by his fiancee Siya Goyal and her boyfriend Chetan Chaudhary.

Siya was engaged to Ketan and the two were about to get married in Rajasthan’s Udaipur later this year.
However, she was in a relationship with Chetan Chaudhary and didn’t want to marry Ketan, but allegedly hid this from her family.
Siya and her boyfriend Chetan then hatched a conspiracy to murder Ketan and make it look like an accident so that she won’t have to face the social consequences of calling off the engagement.
During the investigation, Siya allegedly told police that she didn’t like Ketan as he wore a hair wig and had a stammer.
What Dr Soni said on Ketan Agarwal murder?
In a purported video that has since gone viral on social media, Dr Soni is heard mocking Ketan for wearing a hair wig.
She purportedly went on to justify his finacee’s actions over the fact that he wore a wig. “…Pune ka londa jo tha uske sir par baal nahi the… ab ese juth bologe to maroge hi…so hashtag hate all men,” she is heard saying in the video.
“Do aadmi kya marr gye, pure mard samaj me drr baith gya hai…,” she said while cackling.
