The award was presented during the 42nd Foundation Day celebration of the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), Odisha, held in Bhubaneswar. Odisha Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati presented the award in the presence of distinguished dignitaries, including Manoj Ahuja, Chief Secretary; Satyabrata Sahu, Additional Chief Secretary, Forest, Environment & Climate Change Department; Suresh Panth, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests; and Uma Nanduri, Member Secretary, State Pollution Control Board.
